Job summary

Pierre Fabre Pharmaceuticals Inc. seeks a Dir/Sr. Director of Business Intelligence and Analytics to shape commercial strategy and build the BI/Analytics function for US operations.

You will partner with the US Commercial Leadership Team and external vendors to deliver analytics capabilities and actionable insights enterprise-wide. The role requires deep pharma analytics experience, forecasting, and leveraging AI to drive business impact, with a strong focus on patient access and omnichannel

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Data Science, Computer Science or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in data analytics, forecasting or commercial strategy within the pharma/life sciences industry.
• Expert-level command of SQL Server and advanced Excel; hands-on in Tableau/Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Define data and insights strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Own data foundations, integration, and performance monitoring.
• Lead analytics on patient finding, omnichannel promotions, and sales data with AI-enabled insights.
• Develop forecasting models for in-line products and pipeline.
• Create dashboards and reports for stakeholders; communicate insights clearly.
