Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field.
• 6 years’ experience in data analytics or related field OR 8 years’ experience in data analytics or related field.
• 6 years’ supervisory experience OR experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics projects across complex business areas, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
• Develop and implement innovative data models and algorithms, incorporating industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to design consultative solutions that drive business strategy and customer insights.
• Direct analysis of business challenges to inform data-driven decision making and identify improvement opportunities.
• Present production-ready analytics solutions to gain stakeholder buy-in and support implementation.
