Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications outline three paths: a Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with 6 years in analytics; a Master's with 4 years; or 8 years in analytics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business problems using advanced data analytics and ML techniques to deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and implement predictive models and data-driven strategies to optimize outcomes.
• Design and deploy scalable data solutions with governance and accessibility across platforms.
• Create compelling data visualizations and narratives to communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Lead model validation, testing, and monitoring to ensure robustness and sustainability of analyses.
• Mentor team members and collaborate cross-functionally to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
