Walmart Bentonville, AR seeks a Senior Director, Advanced Analytics - Inventory Flow to lead analytics initiatives, develop data models, and guide cross-functional teams to optimize inventory flow from suppliers through the Walmart supply chain.

You will mentor analysts, present production-ready analytics to executives, and drive innovation while fostering collaboration across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Technology, and Data Science.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or related field with 6 years' data analytics experience OR 8 years' experience in data analytics.
• 6 years' supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced analytics projects across complex business areas, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Develop and implement innovative data models and algorithms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to design consultative solutions.
• Direct analysis of business challenges to inform data-driven decisions.
