Job summary

Krazy Coupon Lady LLC seeks a Senior Director to own Advertising Operations & AI Enablement, from tag‑management strategy to ad‑server implementation. You will standardize the platform, govern data flows, and partner with Data, Sales, and Engineering to ensure credible client commitments.

This hands‑on leadership role requires building a high‑performing team over time, driving AI tools adoption, and ensuring scalable, compliant measurement across major ad tech ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in advertising operations or ad trafficking at a publisher, media company, or high‑traffic consumer app.
• Hands‑on experience with a tag management platform (Google Tag Manager or Tealium).
• Experience operating an enterprise ad server (Google Ad Manager/DFP, Freestar) with client‑facing reporting.
• Proven ability to manage complex internal stakeholders and present to senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own the tag management strategy and platform implementation end‑to‑end.
• Define tagging architecture, environment separation, naming/versioning conventions, and QA workflows.
• Lead ad trafficking and ad‑server strategy, working with vendors and clients.
• Deliver defensible impressions reporting and client‑facing measurement methods.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering/Analytics and Sales to align event data and campaigns.
• Leverage AI to improve productivity and scale ops processes.
• Build and grow the function from individual contributor to manager as scope expands.
