Job summary

WebMD Ignite seeks an Associate Director of Ad Operations & Programmatic to lead a team of three traders, manage CPM and spend-based campaigns, and drive AI-enabled transformation across workflows. You will balance hands-on trading with leadership, delivering strategic insights for major healthcare clients.

Ideal candidates have extensive programmatic experience, proficiency with leading DSPs and ad servers, and a track record of coaching teams toward AI-enabled performance improvements.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in ad ops or programmatic media.
• Proficiency with DSPs (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr/Microsoft, Amazon DSP) and ad servers (CM360, FreeWheel, GAM).
• Experience applying AI/automation to media workflows.
• Experience managing both CPM/impression-based and budget/spend-based campaigns.
• Strong understanding of programmatic ecosystem fundamentals and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and develop three programmatic traders.
• Lead AI automation initiatives and upskill the team in AI-enabled workflows.
• Oversee trafficking, QA, and optimization of bundled CPM campaigns and spend-based campaigns.
• Develop pacing dashboards and ensure real-time visibility into spend-based health.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore resources to maintain campaign operations.
