Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in field relevant to role; 8+ years of experience and 4+ years as a leader.
• Strong technical accounting and financial reporting expertise with GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with automated systems feeding journal entries to the general ledger.
• Excellent communication of financial results to leadership and stakeholders.
• CPA preferred and knowledge of state/local taxes.

Responsibilities

• Lead accounting and financial reporting functions with GAAP compliance.
• Oversee timely financial close, regulatory reporting, and external statements.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing accounting team; manage succession planning.
• Improve controls, automation, and process efficiency across reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders on strategy and financial reviews.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and timely delivery of reporting.
