CPA preferred; 7+ years of accounting experience and advanced Excel skills are essential.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal control policies.
• Excellent communication and management abilities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency with MS Office.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Mansioni

• Manage monthly loan draws and financial reporting packages for partners.
• Coordinate audits for a portfolio of military housing PPP properties.
• Lead year-end statements and footnotes per GAAP.
• Stay current with FASB ASUs and implement as required.
• Coordinate with Property Management and Asset Management for reporting.
• Oversee intercompany reconciliation and monthly, quarterly, annual reporting.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to accounting staff.
• Collaborate with auditors and respond to review comments.
