Job summary

Trillium Staffing is seeking an experienced Senior Site Director for a flagship 1.5M+ sq ft multi-client site in Groveport, OH. You will lead a team of managers and supervisors, shaping strategy and delivering operations excellence through Lean and Six Sigma.

Responsibilities include hands-on leadership, budgetary/P&L oversight, and driving cost efficiency and profitability in a high-growth 3PL environment. Compensation includes base, bonus, and stock options.

Qualifications

• 8 yrs+ experience in fulfillment center operations leadership.
• 3+ yrs in multi-client, multi-site 3PL leadership.
• 3+ yrs in cost management for $40M+ revenue.

Responsibilities

• Lead a flagship 1.5M+ sq ft site and direct a team of managers and supervisors.

Job description

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Site Director in 3PL! This direct hire position will be responsible for a flagship 1.5mil+ sq ft multi-client site in Groveport, OH!

The Senior Site Director will have overall responsibility for a flagship FC in Groveport directly leading a team of managers and supervisors. The Sr. Site Director will develop strategic plans based on the vision, provide hands-on leadership and utilize Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvement/optimization. This role has budgetary and P&L oversight for cost efficiency and profitability.

Compensation will be $200-$225k base + bonus and stock ($300-$325 total comp).

Qualifications

• 8 yrs+ experience in fulfillment center operations leadership
• 3+ yrs in multi-client, multi-site 3PL leadership
• 3+ yrs in Cost Mgmt/Financial responsibility for $40M+ revenue
• Extensive experience with WMS (implementing and optimizing)
• Extensive experience in scaling operations in large team, high-growth environments
