Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration required.
• Doctoral degree preferred.
• Seven or more years of progressively responsible nursing experience.
• Five or more years of leadership experience in nursing education, professional development, professional practice or nursing excellence required.
• Active California Registered Nurse license required.

Responsibilities

• Lead education, professional practice, workforce development, nursing excellence, and research strategy.
• Oversee staffing, budgeting, contracts, technology, and program evaluation.
• Recruit and lead a multidisciplinary team for education, simulation, and research.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and alignment with organizational priorities.
• Develop governance, change-management, and executive reporting.
• Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders on education initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing

Master’s degree in Nursing or Healthcare Administration

Doctoral degree preferred
