Job summary

Honeywell Aerospace, via its NPI Sourcing organization, seeks a Senior Director to lead the NPI procurement team for Aerospace New Product Introduction programs. The role involves designing supply chains, dual sourcing, and negotiating with suppliers across 100+ programs with a $10B lifecycle.

Hybrid work from Norcross, GA, or other listed sites, with a high-visibility leadership mandate. The ideal candidate will guide a high-performance team of Sourcing Program Managers and Sub-contract

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Product/Program Engineering or Sourcing.
• 3+ years program management or people management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain.

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor team to achieve best in class sourcing.
• Lead End-to-End ESE principles including contracting.
• Oversee >95% on-time delivery for milestones.
• Collaborate with ISC, engineering and customer teams on strategy.
