Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Senior Director of Customer Engagement & Insights in Princeton, NJ. This role owns the insights and analytics capability to enable commercial decision-making across the Neuroscience portfolio, guiding research, measurement, and governance to unlock value.

Reporting to the Executive Director, you’ll lead a team of insights professionals and data scientists, collaborating with brand leaders to translate findings into actionable strategies.

Formación

• Minimum 12 years in pharmaceutical commercial analytics or customer insights.
• Advanced degree preferred (MBA, MS, MPH, PharmD, or PhD); bachelor’s required.
• Proven track record on major product launches; experience building predictive models, segmentation, and self-service analytics dashboards.
• Strong people leadership and executive presence; ability to translate complex data into clear narratives for VP/C-suite.
• US pharma commercial experience required; deep understanding of HCP, patient, and payer dynamics.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and guide development/integration of customer insights, market intelligence and analytics across HCP, patient, and payer audiences.
• Lead primary market research (qualitative/quantitative) to understand prescriber beliefs, patient experience, and competition; synthesize findings into insights for strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand strategies, messaging, and promotional tactics validation.
• Define and govern business metrics; build dashboards and self-service analytics; tell data-driven stories for leaders.
• Lead launch analytics and portfolio analytics; track performance and provide course-correction recommendations to brand/commercial leadership.
• Set vision for team, hire and coach insights professionals, and build scalable analytics infrastructure.
