Job summary

InComm, a leading provider in the payments technology space, is seeking a Director of Network Security Engineering to steer our security engineering function and partner with senior leadership to advance security across the product lifecycle.

You will lead a skilled team, develop security tooling and standards, and ensure compliance with PCI, HIPAA, and privacy requirements while driving continual improvements in our security posture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of information security experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and presentation skills.
• Ability to interface with IT resources, business contacts, and clients.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Steer a forward-looking security engineering function for a leading prepaid/payments company.
• Lead and mentor a team of network security practitioners across infrastructure security.
• Develop security tooling, processes, and automation across the network.
• Advocate for security best practices with senior leadership across product lifecycle.
• Present data on network security to leadership and drive continual improvements.
• Contribute to architectural designs ensuring security and privacy.
