Job summary

InComm Payments is seeking a Director of Network Security Engineering to lead a hands-on security team responsible for protecting our prepaid and payment platforms across the enterprise. This remote US-based role offers mentorship, strategic roadmap development, and collaboration with compliance, auditing, and product teams.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in information security, 5+ years in leadership, and a proven track record with PCI, HIPAA, and PII.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of information security experience.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Experience with PCI, HIPAA and PII data.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Steering a forward-looking security engineering function for prepaid and payment solutions.
• Leading and mentoring a team of network security engineers focused on infrastructure security.
• Develop security tooling, processes, and automation across the network.
• Advocate for security best practices to senior leadership across the product lifecycle.
• Present data on network security to drive continual improvements.
