Job summary

Capital One seeks a Director, Security & Data Intelligence Solution Leader to define scalable security solutions for the Global Payment Network. You will transform complex requirements into data-driven, customer-centered technology and lead cross-functional teams to deliver secure, authenticated payments.

You will shape multi-factor, biometric and behavioral authentication, fraud prevention, and risk analytics, balancing security with a seamless user experience across global transactions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of Product Management experience.
• Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.

Responsibilities

• Define solutions for the Global Payment Network focusing on resilient architecture and real-time threat anticipation.
• Lead multi-factor, biometric, and behavioral authentication initiatives to reduce friction and boost security.
• Design intelligent fraud and risk management solutions to detect patterns before impacting the ledger.
• Define data-driven Value-Added Services (VAS) from network data to enhance customer value.
• Partner with platform product and engineering teams to translate security requirements into scalable code for global transactions.
