Job summary

Irvine Company Retail Properties is seeking a Senior Director of Neighborhood and Community Centers to oversee a portfolio of over one million square feet of neighborhood and community centers. You will lead cross-functional teams across leasing, development, and finance to ensure portfolio-wide alignment with corporate retail objectives and community needs.

The role emphasizes strategic vision, P&L accountability, budget leadership, and strong tenant relations while maintaining high operational

Qualifications

10+ years in regional center/mall management preferred.
CSM designation preferred.

Responsibilities

Oversee portfolio P&L, valuation, and capital investment opportunities.
Manage leasing support, revenue, expenses, and AP/AR processes.
Use market data and rent rolls to drive strategic actions while ensuring safety and compliance.
Lead annual budgets, strategic business plans, and property action plans.
Hire, train, and mentor staff; lead cross-functional leasing, development, and finance teams.
Identify market shifts and drive operational innovation to maintain competitive advantage.
Ensure shopping centers meet high operational standards and drive enhancements.
Serve as primary tenant contact and monitor performance.
Handle lease language, defaults, and disputes with Legal Counsel.
