Job summary

Bausch + Lomb, a leading eye health company, seeks a Director, National Accounts to accelerate growth through strategic account leadership and enterprise-level negotiations across Private Equity, Retail, and Doctor Alliance channels. You will mentor a small team and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver integrated account plans driving revenue and profitability.

The role requires 10+ years in sales leadership with vision-care experience, domestic travel up to 30%, and a strong track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years sales/commercial leadership in healthcare or related fields.
• Experience in vision care/optometry channels and provider landscape.
• Proven account-level P&L management experience.
• Strong contract negotiation, trade strategy, and joint business planning.
• Ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment.
• Domestic travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop account managers with consistent feedback.
• Develop long-term strategic plans for top National Accounts.
• Lead negotiations, category management, and joint planning with executives.
• Launch and scale products with account-specific strategies.
• Collaborate on co-op marketing, growth programs, and e-commerce activations.
• Ensure alignment and execution with field sales on initiatives.
• Provide market intelligence and competitive insights.
• Oversee account-level P&L, revenue, and profitability.
• Drive forecasting, consumption planning, and resource allocation.
• Represent Bausch + Lomb at industry events and key summits.
