Qualifications

• Experience in a global technology financing organization or large-scale technology leasing desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead the North America Service Excellence organization and build a high-performing, customer-focused culture.
• Own end-to-end leasing lifecycle activities including origination, servicing, and collections.
• Oversee large enterprise accounts and high-value financing transactions.
• Drive revenue, margins, and customer satisfaction through performance metrics and governance.
• Partner with Digital and Process teams to modernize platforms and capabilities.
• Represent North America in global leadership forums and align processes across HPEFS.
