Hewlett Packard Enterprise seeks a Senior Director, Service Excellence Leader for North America to command end-to-end operations of HPE Financial Services’ leasing business, overseeing origination, underwriting support, funding operations, servicing, collections, portfolio administration, and asset returns. Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership experience in equipment finance, leasing, or financial services operations.
Experience leading large, distributed operational organizations and high-value portfolios.

Responsibilities

Lead North America Service Excellence organization and establish a high-performing, customer-focused operations culture.
Oversee the full leasing lifecycle: origination, underwriting support, funding operations, contract administration, servicing, collections, portfolio management, asset returns or remarketing.
Drive performance against revenue, margin, financing volume, cost of delivery, customer satisfaction, and risk controls.
Partner with Digital and Process teams to modernize platforms, processes, and capabilities; define the future-state operating model.
Provide executive governance, metrics, and compliance; build relationships with customers, partners, and senior leadership.
