Qualifications

• 10+ years in high-growth biotech or pharma with leadership in discovery genomics.
• Experience driving commercial strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Strong background in perturbation biology and omics technologies.

Responsibilities

• Define go-to-market strategy for Multiomics Datapoints and own revenue growth.
• Set scientific direction across DRUG-seq, imaging, CRISPR readouts, and readouts.
• Lead a 10–15 person multidisciplinary team and align ops structures.
• Represent the business at conferences and with key pharma/biotech customers.
• Partner on government programs and grant strategies to scale impact.
• Build and expand the best-in-industry arrayed multiomics engine.
