Job summary

Archer, in partnership with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, seeks a Senior Principal Product Manager for Robotics, Perception, and Embodied AI. This senior IC will own the strategy for intelligent systems that perceive, reason, and act in the physical world, spanning robotics, perception, embodied AI, simulation, edge, and fleet operations.

You will collaborate with Applied Science, Engineering, customers, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to translate research and customer needs into scalable

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in AI/robotics or related field.
• Experience delivering complex AI, robotics, autonomy, cloud, edge, or distributed-systems products.
• Experience partnering with scientists and engineers to productize probabilistic or nondeterministic systems.

Responsibilities

• Define the multi-year vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for robotics, perception, and embodied AI.
• Build deep relationships with strategic customers and translate their objectives into product capabilities.
• Define target use cases, requirements, metrics, and production-readiness criteria with Applied Science and Engineering.
• Own product areas such as multimodal perception, sensor fusion, spatial understanding, robot learning, navigation, and fleet intelligence.
• Drive the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Develop pricing, packaging, adoption strategies with Finance and GTM teams.
• Lead launches, customer enablement, and executive-level presentations.
