Job summary

Corvant is seeking a Senior Director of Supply Chain to oversee daily purchasing, fleet, tools, equipment, logistics, inventory, and facilities across multi-state operations. You will translate enterprise strategy into reliable field execution and cost-effective performance.

Reporting to the Vice President of Supply Chain, you will build a high-performing team, set targets, and collaborate with Operations, Service, Finance, and Safety to drive procurement excellence and operational reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-functional teams in purchasing, fleet, logistics, or facilities.
• Experience in construction, mechanical contracting, manufacturing, fabrication, or related field-based industry.

Responsibilities

• Own daily supply chain execution across purchasing, fleet, logistics, and inventory to support project schedules and service response times.
• Translate the enterprise supply chain strategy into operating plans, priorities, and measurable targets.
• Lead the purchasing team in sourcing, buying, and expediting for construction materials, equipment, and corporate purchases.
• Oversee fleet operations, including procurement, maintenance, and cost management.
• Oversee tool and equipment programs across locations, including procurement, tracking, and lifecycle management.
• Build and lead Corvant's facilities function across offices, fabrication shops, and warehouses.
• Establish inventory controls and improve visibility into open orders and delivery timelines.
• Develop supply chain dashboards and reporting on spend, savings, vendor performance, fleet utilization, and inventory.
