Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of laboratory experience in biotech/pharma.
• Experience following GDP and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement bioanalytical assays independently across protein/RNA quantification, cytokine, biomarker, and triglyceride assays.
• Lead daily laboratory operations: setup, safety, and maintenance of instruments.
• Maintain records, author protocols, and analyze data for reports per GDP/regulatory standards.
• Communicate complex scientific concepts clearly to internal teams and external partners.
• Mentor junior team members and foster collaboration across departments.
• Adapt to changing priorities and uphold quality and integrity.
