Hope Media Group, based in New Caney, Texas, seeks a Director of Production and Audio Ministry to lead cross-brand ministry audio and storytelling with excellence.

You will shape the sound identity across on-air, streaming, podcasts, and live events, while mentoring producers and coordinating with underwriting partners. This senior role demands strategic thinking, faith-driven leadership, and a passion for ministry impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in audio engineering, broadcast engineering, media, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years leading a fast-moving production or creative audio team in radio, agency, or multiplatform media.

Responsibilities

• Lead underwriting production and ministry audio across all Hope Media Group brands.
• Interface with underwriting partners and internal stakeholders for clear execution.
• Collaborate with Programming, Marketing, and Donor Relations to translate ministry initiatives into compelling audio.
• Help establish year-round messaging that weaves listener support into daily content.
• Maintain high standards of sound design, copywriting, and production flow.
