Job summary

Tenet Physician Resources seeks a Manager of Practice Operations to oversee market operations for Abrazo Cardiology Camelback. The role includes coordinating on-boarding of physicians, optimizing operations, and guiding daily activities to deliver high-quality patient care and efficiency.

You will collaborate with the Market Operations Director and physician leadership to explore new revenue streams, improve referrals, and uphold OSHA, CLIA, Medi Cal, and DHS standards across sites.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of progressive and hands-on managerial experience in a medical practice.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and ability to lead teams.
• Ability to set priorities, coordinate activities and exercise independent judgment.
• Excellent organizational skills with data analysis and problem solving.
• Experience in regulatory compliance in healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee market operations and daily interactions to promote a positive culture.
• Coordinate practice operations and onboarding of new physicians and staff.
• Support referral management, billing processes, and cost control initiatives.
• Partner with Market Operations Director and physician leadership on goals and revenue ideas.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, CLIA, Medi-Cal, DHS and others.
