Job summary

Tenet Physician Resources is seeking a Practice Administrator to be an integral part of the management team. This position is responsible for providing leadership and management direction to our clinic, Biltmore Cardiology.

The administrator will coordinate with physician leadership, corporate management, hospital administration, and staff to drive operations, growth, and financial performance across the physician group.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Health Administration or related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience with group practice management.
• Knowledge, skills & abilities: must be self-motivated, able to lead, communicate effectively, interpret financial statements, and negotiate contracts.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operations of the medical group to ensure achievement of strategic goals and new business development including physician recruitment.
• Collaborates with physician leadership, hospital administration, practice managers and staff as liaison between stakeholders.
• Responsible for overall operational and financial performance of activities within the physician group.
