Qualifications

• BA/BS or advanced degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of performance execution experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences organizations.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation or operating model design.
• Proven track record building performance dashboards and institutional cadence.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Architect a performance focused Medical Operating System.
• Design and implement structured operating cadence (monthly + quarterly) across all Therapeutic Areas (TAs).
• Moderate quarterly Medical Impact Performance execution reviews.
• Develop and socialize standardized execution KPIs aligned to enterprise growth priorities within and across Medical.
• Surface risks, execution gaps, and performance variances with clarity and objectivity.
• Recommend and implement course corrections and structural improvements.
• Own the Medical Performance Dashboard.
