Job summary
Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Director, Medical Performance Measurement in Princeton, NJ to lead a disciplined Medical Operating System, embedding operating rigor and quarterly cadence to maximize patient impact across growth portfolio and catalysts.
The role will design and maintain the enterprise Medical Performance Dashboard, define leading/lagging indicators, and partner with Finance to quantify ROI; must have strong Medical Affairs, cross-functional strategy background and a hybrid work
Qualifications
- 8+ years of performance execution in pharma, biotech, or life sciences.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale transformation and operating models.
- Proven track record building dashboards and operating cadence.
- Experience driving digital adoption and behavioral change.
- Highly structured thinker with enterprise-wide perspective.
- Experience in Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Marketing or cross-functional strategy.
- Familiarity with OKRs and Balanced Scorecard.
Responsibilities
- Architect a performance-focused Medical Operating System.
- Define monthly and quarterly operating cadence across Therapeutic Areas.
- Lead quarterly Medical Impact reviews.
- Socialize KPIs aligned to enterprise growth priorities.
- Ensure consistency of execution discipline across TAs.
- Own and continuously improve the Medical Performance Dashboard.
- Quantify ROI with Finance and support enterprise narrative.
