Scorpion Therapeutics in Princeton, NJ seeks a Senior Director of Medical Performance Measurement to establish a disciplined Medical Operating System that translates strategy into measurable performance through quarterly reviews and enterprise visibility into execution.

The role focuses on establishing metrics, dashboards, and governance across Medical affairs, clinical development, and cross-functional teams to drive growth and accountability.

Qualifications

10+ years of performance execution experience in pharma/biotech/life sciences.
Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation or operating model design.
Proven track record building performance management systems, dashboards, and cadence.

Responsibilities

Design and implement structured monthly + quarterly operating cadence across all Therapeutic Areas.
Moderate quarterly Medical Impact Performance reviews.
Develop and socialize standardized execution KPIs aligned to enterprise growth priorities.
Surface risks and variances; recommend course corrections and improvements.
Own the enterprise Medical Performance Dashboard; design, implement, maintain.
