CVS Health is seeking a senior product leader to own local market portfolio strategy for the Central Region, shaping differentiated solutions aligned to market needs. You will lead end-to-end portfolio performance, collaborate across Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, and Network teams, and drive change management across segments.

The role requires 10+ years in product or portfolio management within healthcare, with executive-level presentation skills and a preference for Central Time

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in product management or portfolio management within the healthcare industry.
• Experience in healthcare benefits and strategic leadership.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills.
• Ability to influence in a highly matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Define portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
• Drive end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
• Translate strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Drive alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
• Lead change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
