Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking an accomplished product leader for the West Region. This individual contributor role owns portfolio strategy, design and execution, delivering differentiated solutions aligned to market opportunities and customer needs.

You will drive end-to-end portfolio performance, work with cross-functional teams across product, sales, underwriting, actuarial and network, and lead change management to accelerate delivery and impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product management, portfolio management or healthcare benefits within the healthcare industry.
• Medical Benefits Product experience / knowledge
• Must reside Pacific and Mountain Time Zone residents which is priority. May consider Central for stellar candidate.
• Demonstrated success developing and executing portfolio strategies that drive growth, retention, customer value, and business performance.
• Demonstrated success influencing up and across a highly matrixed organization.
• Executive-level presentation and storytelling skills

Responsibilities

• Defining portfolio strategy translating market intelligence, buyer needs, competitive insights, and performance data into differentiated product and solution roadmaps
• Driving end-to-end portfolio performance, monitoring key metrics and adjusting strategies to achieve business objectives
• Translating strategy into execution - defining priorities, creating timelines, and project managing deliverables while managing risks and dependencies
• Driving alignment across a matrixed organization, partnering closely with Product, Sales, Underwriting, Actuarial, Network and other stakeholders to accelerate delivery and impact
• Leading change management and continuous improvement across segments and markets related to application and process changes
