Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required or equivalent.
• 15+ years progressive experience in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations.
• Experience designing, implementing, and measuring Medical Affairs or field medical training programs.
• Experience supporting product launches and launch readiness initiatives in a regulated biopharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead Medical Affairs training strategy and rollout.
• Develop curricula across foundational, role-based, launch, and advanced needs.
• Create onboarding to reach role readiness quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional SMEs to ensure current, compliant content.
• Measure learning impact with metrics and dashboards.
