Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Senior Director, Medical Affairs Learning & Development to design and drive the organization’s medical education, training strategy and capability building as we advance toward commercialization and launch readiness.

You will partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Legal and Quality to create scalable curricula, digital learning solutions, onboarding programs and certification pathways that ensure compliant, scientifically credible

Qualifications

• Advanced scientific or healthcare degree required; 15+ years in biopharma or healthcare
• Significant experience in Medical Affairs, field medical leadership, or related functions
• Experience supporting product launches and launch readiness in regulated biopharmaceutical environments
• Strong knowledge of regulatory, compliance, and ethical requirements governing Medical Affairs
• Ability to travel up to 30%

Responsibilities

• Define and execute Medical Affairs learning and capability strategy
• Develop integrated training programs for Medical Affairs teams
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to build scalable training frameworks
• Lead launch readiness training and certification programs
• Oversee learning technologies, vendor management, and curricula
• Establish governance, standards, and metrics for learning impact
• Collaborate with Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Clinical Development to align priorities
