PhD is seeking a Senior Director of Media Planning to lead the planning practice, set strategic standards, and drive client outcomes through integrated, full-funnel thinking. You will own the P&L for assigned accounts, mentor a team of planners and leaders, and champion a planning philosophy that moves the industry forward.

This leadership role shapes how the entire planning practice operates and influences client success across the agency.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of media planning experience
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing planning teams and/or P&L
• Proven track record leading integrated campaigns across traditional, digital, social, programmatic channels

Responsibilities

• Strategic Practice Leadership: develop and champion integrated media planning philosophy across client relationships and new business
• Client & Account Leadership: own P&L for strategic accounts and drive revenue growth
• Team & Talent Development: build and lead a high-performing planning team and mentor leaders
• Cross-Functional Leadership: partner with Creative, Insights, Analytics, and Commerce to embed planning in all agency work
• Business Development & Growth: contribute to new business pitches and identify growth opportunities within existing accounts
