Indegene, a technology-led healthcare solutions provider, seeks a Sr. Director, Client Delivery Operations in the US.

You will own the infrastructure behind media execution, establish QA and governance, and support the media team with strategy and new business. Responsibilities include managing the media platform, refining QA, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and client teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media agency, at large/full-service or holding-company environments.
• Experience building or maturing media delivery functions and QA systems.
• Experience selecting and implementing media management or workflow platforms.
• Cross-functional collaboration with finance, strategy, technology and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage Addressable Health’s media management platform and workflow with ongoing improvement.
• Develop a structured QA framework and core operating procedures for recurring workflows.
• Define vendor management practices, SLAs, and escalation protocols.
• Liaise with Finance on media budget reconciliation and spend governance.
• Lead onboarding of new client wins from SOW handoff through first campaign launch.
• Contribute to omnichannel media strategy and senior oversight across client accounts.
