Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in project management, operations, Medical Affairs, grants, sponsorships, external affairs, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or related environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of sponsorships, memberships, and external engagements.
• Track budgets, contracts, obligations, benefits, renewal timelines, and reporting.
• Maintain centralized records of society relationships and funding commitments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and stakeholder communications.
