Job summary

Indegene is seeking a Manager, Global Medical External Affairs Operations for a hybrid US/Canada role. You will provide operational, project management, and governance support for external engagement, including sponsorships, memberships, and partnerships, with budget and contract oversight.

You will coordinate day-to-day operations, track deliverables, ensure SOP compliance, and support governance frameworks across Medical External Affairs. Remote/hybrid options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of project management, operations, or related experience in Medical Affairs or external engagement.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of sponsorships and memberships.
• Track contractual obligations, benefits, deliverables, renewal timelines, and reporting.
• Maintain records of society relationships, funding commitments, and portfolios.
• Support governance processes and documentation standards.
• Manage budgets, POs, invoices, and forecasting.
• Coordinate contracting activities and approvals.
• Develop dashboards and operational reporting metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Legal, Compliance, Procurement).
