We are actively seeking a Creative Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our creative department, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality, brand consistency, and creativity. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and on-brand delivery of creative assets across all platforms.

We are actively seeking a Creative Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our creative department, ensuring that all projects meet our high standards of quality, brand consistency, and creativity. You will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and other cross-functional teams to ensure the timely and on-brand delivery of creative assets across all platforms.

We’re looking for a strong leader with a unique eye for innovative design who can produce dynamic, high-energy assets and directly contribute to and elevate the creative work in all areas they manage. This role is perfect for a highly organized and creative professional who can juggle multiple projects, lead a team, and directly contribute to the creative process.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day workflow of the creative team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align on brand strategy and ensure consistent creative execution across all channels.
  • Lead the development and execution of creative projects, from conception to final delivery, ensuring high-quality, on-brand creative solutions.
  • Provide hands-on creative input, particularly in the areas of design, copywriting, and content production.
  • Maintain project timelines, ensuring that deadlines are met and deliverables are completed on time and within scope.
  • Ensure all designs and content reflect the brand’s visual identity and strategic goals.
  • Review and approve final creative assets before release to Chief Marketing Officer to ensure consistency, quality, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and freelance resources as necessary to augment the internal team.
  • Mentor and guide creative team members, providing feedback and support to help them grow and achieve their best work.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas and campaigns.
  • Help establish and uphold creative department policies, procedures, and workflows.

Qualifications And Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a creative management or senior-level creative role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital, print, and video content.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a creative team and overseeing the creative process from start to finish.
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant creative tools.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative ideas and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A strong understanding of brand development, online marketing, and interactive media.
  • Familiarity with working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
  • Experience in the luxury or high-end consumer space is a plus.
