Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in integrated, multi‑channel mass fundraising with multi‑million dollar budgets.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and agency partners.
• Experience with donor lifecycle, acquisition, retention, and upgrading strategies.

Responsibilities

• Designs and oversight of Mass fundraising multi‑million dollar budgets and forecasts.
• Lead campaigns across channels for donor acquisition, retention, and upgrades.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Finance, IT, and Legal to align fundraising goals and initiatives.
