This role requires a proven fundraising leader with extensive experience in managing high-net-worth donor relationships and developing multi-year strategies for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in fundraising or development.
• Experience managing a team of 3 or more employees.
• Proven ability to secure major, multi-year, and transformational gifts.
• Exceptional relationship building and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement multi-year strategies for major giving.
• Manage a portfolio of high-net-worth donors.
• Lead major giving initiatives and campaigns.
• Develop engagement plans for donors.
• Serve as an ambassador for Catholic Charities.
