Jobtailor is seeking a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Administrator in the Atlanta metro area to manage and optimize SFMC deployments. You will design and execute campaigns across Email Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio, working with stakeholders to ensure data extensions and lists are properly segmented and maintained.
The role requires hands-on expertise in AMPscript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL dialects, with a strong emphasis on compliance, reporting, and operational excellence.
• Manage the Salesforce Marketing Cloud system by maximizing efficiency and using the platform's full features
• Interface directly with internal stakeholders to understand needs and create and deliver SFMC campaigns
• Configure all Salesforce Marketing Cloud modules, including Email Studio, Social Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
• Establish and configure new SFMC modules
• Segment audiences and manage data extensions and subscriber lists
• Ensure company email and SMS communications comply with local, state, and federal laws, including TCPA and SPAM compliance
• Complete campaign production and deployment activities, including email setup, data preparation and import, scheduling, testing, and deployment
• Execute day-to-day email operations to ensure campaign accuracy and timeliness
• Contribute to Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution architecture and recommendations
• Maintain documentation for Journeys, Emails, Queries, Data Extensions, and Automations
• Perform administrator functions including user management, profile configuration, and data management
• Maintain consistent naming conventions across SFMC assets
• Maintain Salesforce-to-Salesforce Marketing Cloud synchronization
• Create support tickets with Salesforce Marketing Cloud support and internal technical or analytical support teams
• Attend CAB meetings, monitor system changes, and raise potential impacts to SFMC, integrations, or data syncs
• Support Marketing users and serve as the primary end-user support contact
• Gather and analyze business requirements for changes and enhancements
• Make data-driven decisions to optimize customer solutions
• Perform data analysis and management tasks and produce ad-hoc reports
• Configure and integrate third‑party tools as needed
• Report to the SVP Customer Experience & Operations
Demonstrates expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, including configuration and management of modules such as Email Studio and Journey Builder. Proficient in data analysis, compliance with communication laws, and optimizing marketing campaigns through effective stakeholder collaboration.
