The Senior Director, Marketing is responsible for developing and executing a marketing strategy that helps drives brand growth through integrated marketing initiatives, which consist of traditional, digital and content marketing with measurable ROI. The Sr. Director will partner and align with enterprise functions, including our business line leads in business development and operations, compliance, legal, talent acquisition and other functions to design and deliver marketing communications programs that are integrated with business strategies and objectives. This position reports to the Senior Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
The successful candidate will be a proven people leader and self-starter and is adept at forging strong relationships with key stakeholders. This role will collaborate with the broader Marketing & Communications team to identify stakeholder needs throughout the organization, execute plans, and manage marketing and content strategy, offer consulting and advice on marketing, socialize performance and exhibit a thorough comprehension of relevant digital resources and systems.
