The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead our integrated marketing efforts across Demand Generation, Brand & Communications, Events, and Product Marketing. This role will serve as a key member of the marketing leadership team and report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
As a cross-functional leader, you’ll drive our go-to-market strategy, build scalable marketing programs, and shape the brand narrative that connects our mission to the market. You’ll be responsible for aligning pipeline growth with long-term brand strategy—while fostering deep collaboration across sales, product, and customer success.
What You Will Do
- Drive Pipeline Growth & Revenue Impact
- Own end-to-end demand generation strategy and execution across channels: inbound, paid media, ABM, outbound, and lifecycle marketing.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to set pipeline goals, forecast accurately, and optimize funnel performance at every stage.
- Lead performance marketing programs that are measurable, scalable, and continuously tested and optimized for ROI.
- Develop acquisition and acceleration programs aligned with buyer journeys, personas, and market segments.
Shape Go-to-Market & Product Positioning
- Lead product marketing strategy—including positioning, messaging, differentiation, and competitive analysis.
- Build strong go-to-market motions in collaboration with Product, Sales, and CS to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Create and evolve sales enablement materials, tools, and training to equip the revenue team to win.
- Serve as the voice of the customer, using research and insights to inform campaigns, content, and product strategy.
Elevate Brand & Communications
- Define and refine the company’s brand identity, story, and voice across all channels and touchpoints.
- Lead external communications, PR, analyst relations, and thought leadership to grow brand visibility and market authority.
- Oversee content strategy that supports awareness, education, engagement, and conversion across the buyer journey.
- Ensure consistent, compelling messaging across the website, campaigns, product, and corporate channels.
Deliver High-Impact Events & Experiences
- Own the strategy and execution of events—from field and virtual to industry conferences and flagship owned experiences.
- Partner with Sales to deliver tailored, high-touch events that engage key accounts and influence revenue outcomes.
- Build event frameworks that align brand presence with demand goals and post-event ROI measurement.
Build & Lead a High-Performing Team
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team across demand gen, brand, product marketing, and events.
- Create a high-performance culture with clear goals, accountability, and professional development paths.
- Foster collaboration across teams and departments, encouraging experimentation and learning.
- Design org structure and workflows to support growth, agility, and scale.
Own Marketing Operations & Performance
- Build the marketing tech stack, reporting infrastructure, and operational processes to support scale and insight-driven decision-making.
- Monitor KPIs, campaign performance, and funnel metrics; share actionable insights with exec leadership and key stakeholders.
- Champion a test-and-learn culture, ensuring ongoing optimization through data, experimentation, and feedback loops.
What You Will Need
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in SaaS, B2B technology, or public sector software.
- Proven success in driving measurable pipeline and revenue growth through integrated marketing.
- Experience aligning brand strategy with performance marketing initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinker with the ability to toggle between vision and execution.
- Exceptional communicator with executive presence and storytelling skills.
- Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- B2B SaaS or technology marketing experience strongly preferred.
