Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Senior Director of Market Data Strategy & Distribution in Colorado to lead development and growth of our market data business. You will assess the data portfolio, operating model, and technology, then define a scaling strategy while ensuring compliant licensing, distribution, and billing in line with exchange policies.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in market data, exchange operations, financial services, or closely related field.
• Experience leading market data operations at an exchange or comparable organization.
• Strong working knowledge of exchange market data policies, licensing, distribution, reporting, and audit requirements.
• Experience designing or implementing controls for compliant use, redistribution, and billing of market data.
• Experience evaluating market opportunities, business models, technology, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the market data business strategy with growth and profitability plans.
• Assess data offerings, relationships, technology, processes, and controls for scale.
• Interpret exchange data policies and licensing terms and translate into processes.
• Oversee compliance with data-use, redistribution, reporting, and billing obligations; prepare for audits.
• Evaluate opportunities, alliances, licensing, acquisitions to support long-range goals.
• Develop business cases and investments, allocate resources to priorities.
• Set priorities and performance metrics for multiple teams.
• Lead managers and staff, set expectations and support development.
• Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders including clients, exchanges, vendors.
• Identify and resolve complex operational and organizational issues.
