Job summary

TradingView seeks a Senior Director for Market Data to own the commercial strategy and licensing framework for global market data. You will manage strategic relationships with exchanges and data providers, drive negotiations, and shape licensing models to support the business as it scales.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance to ensure the market data strategy aligns with product roadmaps and compliance.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in market data, ideally from exchanges, providers, brokers, or a trading platform.
• A strong track record negotiating directly with exchanges and market data providers.
• Deep understanding of market data licensing, pricing structures, and commercial models.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Own market data commercial strategy and licensing framework.
• Lead negotiations with exchanges and data providers on pricing and agreements.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Legal and Finance to support data strategy.
• Develop portfolio economics, metrics, and business cases for sourcing decisions.
• Mentor and lead cross-functional teams on market data initiatives.
