Job summary
Madrigal Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Market Access, Trade & IDN Analytics to lead the analytics agenda across payer/formulary, trade & channel, and IDN/institutional segments for the MASH portfolio.
Reporting to the Head of Commercial Data & Analytics, you will build capabilities, manage a team of analysts and vendors, translate business questions into analytics roadmaps, and influence senior Commercial leadership on access and account strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, or related field; MBA/MS preferred.
- 12+ years in pharmaceutical/biotech analytics with market access, trade or channel focus.
- Proven ability to lead analytics teams and develop talent.
- Hands-on with claims, distributor data, and pharma data sources; knowledge of gross-to-net.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end analytics across market access, trade, and IDN analytics for the MASH portfolio.
- Translate business questions into a prioritized analytics roadmap with leadership.
- Direct build-out of analytics capabilities and partner with commercial IT for advanced analytics.
