The role focuses on factory footprint optimization, make‑vs‑buy strategies, due diligence, and turnaround initiatives to drive EBITDA improvement.

You will drive growth through high‑quality client engagements, leveraging senior relationships and collaborating with the global PEPI team.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience blending manufacturing operations and commercial skills.
• Excellent communication with leadership teams under pressure.
• Strong analytical abilities to evaluate cost-reduction and revenue-enhancement opportunities.
• Proven leadership in managing teams and delivering executable solutions.
• Integrity and commitment to A&M values.
• Willingness to travel regularly, up to 80%.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing and supply-chain engagements to improve operations and EBITDA for PE-owned businesses.
