Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Director, Operational Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Corporate Finance organization. This strategic finance leader will partner with business unit finance and operational leadership to drive financial performance and support enterprise-wide decision making.

The role oversees operational forecasting, annual operating plans, long-range planning, capital investment analysis, and performance management across the High Performance Materials & Components

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required; MBA and/or CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive FP&A and manufacturing finance leadership experience.
• Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for HPMC segment and partner with site leadership.
• Manage forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements and analyses.
• Develop executive presentations for senior leadership and Board.
• Drive standardization and improvements in finance processes.
• Mentor finance teams and drive change management.
