Job summary

ATI is seeking a Senior Director, Operational FP&A for the Advanced Alloys & Solutions (AA&S) segment, reporting to the VP of FP&A. This strategic finance leader will drive forecasting, long-range planning, capital analysis, and working capital optimization across a complex manufacturing portfolio.

The preferred location is Pittsburgh, PA, with up to 50–60% travel in year one to support relationships and operations, then decreasing thereafter.

Qualifications

• 10+ years progressive experience in FP&A, operational and strategic finance in manufacturing.
• MBA preferred; strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational forecasting, annual and long-range planning, capital investment analysis.
• Oversee working capital optimization and profitability initiatives across AA&S.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate performance and investments.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports for executive decision-making.
• Drive standardization of financial processes and continuous improvement across finance.
