Job summary

Minnesota Adult & Teen Challenge is seeking a Senior Director of Development to lead statewide donor development strategy, major gift fundraising, and donor relations across Minnesota. You will oversee donor engagement, cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and retention while managing a portfolio of key donors and prospects.

You will partner with organizational leaders to advance mission and financial sustainability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, nonprofit management, communications, marketing or related field.
• 6+ years in donor relations or development.
• Proven leadership with 3–5 years managing a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead statewide donor relations strategy and oversee donor portfolios across Minnesota.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive development plan aligned with priorities and budget.
• Supervise the Donor Relations Team and collaborate with Strategic Partnerships and other departments.
